Character in wrong place when exporting

Hi

I have a timeline where my character ocasionally walks left or right to point to different parts of the screen.

I'm using Motion Library (thanks for previous help on that!) for the walks and on the timeline everything looks good.

Despite checking and rechecking, and using the 'reset position' button, at certain points when exporting, the character ends up in the wrong place (too far right?.

Any ideas what's going wrong?

I'm wondering if a 3 minute video is too much. Perhaps I need to break it down to several smaller projects.

Thanks in advance!

Pete

There's nothing wrong with breaking the video into smaller pieces and editing the parts back together in After Effects, Premiere Rush or Premiere. It's the end result that matters. Another trick I've adopted is zooming in and fading out the character when calling attention to another key portion of the video. Either way, it sounds like you're on the right track.

I'm very experience in video editing, so that's no problem.

What would you suggest in CH though? Would I create multiple scenes in one project?

You can duplicate the project by using "Save As" and then edit the CH scenes for each part of the project that way.
