Character is forever left of center

This character seems to always hover left of center. He tracks with my body, but even when he moves, he seems to move around a point that is left of center. Any suggestions?

Are you able to use the transform menu to change the x position of the puppet?

The project phal you uploaded was empty.
Adobe Character Animator also requires a folder named Ch media Ch Data on the same level as the project.

You need to either upload them all together or upload only the puppet files in the Puppet Export.
