Character Warping

Hello I'm having challenges with my character's head and mouth moving out of position, when I move my head.... I activated the mesh, but I don't understand where the problem.... Please see images... Apologies for the sideways pics. For some reason, Adobe uploaded it that way.

Is it just the head is drifting away from the body? If so adjust the "Head Position Strength" property of the "Face" behavior to 0% (or maybe 10%).
