Chracater Animator and İllustrator doesn't working well!!!

1. Lips-Sync was good till to Character Animation 2018. When comes new uptade its broke

2. I start use Character Animation 2020 but when i use my pupet with ai(illustrator) always bugged and broken. i start again again from zero.

3. which i desing puppet in AI, i can't export to PSD without full layers.
