Clicking on the puppet and the icon PS below duplicate the puppet instead of going to Photoshop.

All went well until one day i couldn't go to Photoshop to workk on the puppet.

Instead every time i click on the PS icon i got a duplicate of the puppet in Character Animator.

Sorry, I'm not working on a mac so the only way to tackle this issue is to go to the pds file and open it.

I'm quite sure (But not 100%) it worked all right until a several days ago.

(didn't find "switch psd" and "get info" on my conputer).

Yeah, the manual method of right-clicking to find in explorer should work for you then. I'm not sure how Windows does their default app stuff.
