Cloud-based errors now produced with local files and example rigs

I have installed and uninstalled Ch and opened local files and I'm still getting the same errors as if I was opening Cloud files.

 

The errors also occur when opening any example files from the Welcome Screen and my relocated local files.

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry for the poor experience. Could you share the steps to replicate this issue? That can help me better understand what is going wrong. Is this error triggered only after specific files are relocated? Please send me a private message if you don't receive a reply.

Sorry I had not seen this response until now. I only opened the file to produce this error. No extra steps.

had a few guys from adobe try to fix this issue on my computer. they couldnt fix it. i switched to adobe animate . i prefer using adobe character animator though.

The issue is temporarily fixed by opening Adobe Character Animator as Administrator from the Start menu.
