Code error

Question

Hello, I have always code error about temp.noindex or workspaces when i want use Charater animator, what can I do ? (I have a Surface Pro 7)

I already try the cleaner tool and saving files on local drive but it keeps happening.

As long as it meets our minimum requirements -

https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-character-animator/user-guide.html/adobe-character-animator/system-requirements.ug.html - it should work. Is this happening on one file or multiple? Does it happen with the example characters from the home screen?
