Control Puppet's Pupil While Walking

I really like using the keyboard input option when controlling my puppet's pupils. But when I use the arrow keys while the puppet is walking the puppet's eyes will move in the direction he is walking. Can I have the pupils move independently of the walking direction? Thanks!

Did you enable keyboard to control the eyes? (In the Face behavior.) You can either disable keyboard input there, or disable the Face track while recording walk movements. (That is my guess.)
