Controls Perform Tigger is not working

I took tull and modifty him, its work perfectly,
Then i have create one more character using tull

the 2nd one was working perfectly, but first character controls are blank now,
unable to record any hand moment, or expression, i have set  all the tiggers as i know ,

but this still not working,

Pls help if any one  know the solution
