Copying animation between 2 existing puppets?

Hi!

I have a scene with many characters, but most of them are just kind of standing around, blinking and reacting. Would have been great to animate one character, and then copy and paste the animation into all the others. The rigging of the characters is almost identical. Is there a way to do this?
