Crash opening puppet in Puppet panel

I seem to be having sort of the same problem except every time i go to open the "puppet" panel, or double click one of my projects to open the panel, Ca crashes. I've tried reinstalling and i don't know what else to do.

If it's for an artwork (AI or PSD) file that you just imported, can you share a link to the file (via Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)?

Can you provide more information about your system? Mac or Windows? OS version? GPU make/model?

Does it show any error message before crashing?

It looks like this issue was somehow caused by the NVIDIA GeForce Experience application's sharing feature. If other encounter this issue, try disabling sharing in GeForce Experience to see if it helps.
