Crashing & Deleting

This has happened twice -- the program crashes after I make a change in illustrator (most recently when I added eyeball parameters to the frontal view but not the 3/4 or sides), and when I reopen the project, it's empty. The puppet (and all the work I've done on it in Ch) have been deleted.

Ugh - sorry to hear that, that should never happen.

Sounds like it's having a hard time reconciling the art changes for whatever reason. Do you get any error messages at all or just a blank project? If it's reproducible, is it possible to share a video of how to make it happen?
