Create camera triggerable shot that tweens (zooms slowly) instead of cuts immediately

Hello everyone,

I can create a camera triggerable shot that moves/zooms the camera immediatley.  I want to do the same concept but have it zoom to the position smoothly and I'm looking for a way to do it live, I realize I can do it in the editor after the fact but I was wondering if there's a way to do it live.

Thank you all for any help.  Happy quarantine.

Hey there. You can do this by:

  1. Keyframing your camera move
  2. Select those keyframes > right-click > "Create Replay and Trigger from Keyframes"
  3. Delete keyframes in Timeline and reset camera parameters
  4. Assign a shortcut to your trigger
  5. Voila!

Works perfectly, thank you very much.  A lot easier than I expected.
