Creating sad mouth set

What's the best approach for creating a sad mouth set? My photoshop skills are still really bad.

I took the set of normal mouths, watched a YouTube video on how to warp artwork, then did that to each mouth viseme to lower the two outer corners of the mouth while leaving the middle unchanged.

Thanks!  That sounds like the ticket.  Just watched a puppet warp tutorial and that seems like exactly what I want to do.  I'll give it a shot later today.
