Custom behaviours

I was looking into whether it's possible to create custom behaviours and found that this page states:

"If you are interested in developing behaviors for your own use or for sharing with others, please contact us for the SDK. JavaScript knowledge is required."

Unfortunately the 'contact us' link just takes me back to the support forum.  Does anyone know how I can get my hands on the SDK?
