Cycle Layer / Forward and Reverse + Hold on Last Layer

Hello!

1) I made 4 layers per mouth viseme and added cycle layers for smoother lip sync.

2) In the Cycle Layers Behavior I checked the Forward and Reverse box along with the Hold on Last Layer box

If I uncheck the Hold on Last Layer box the viseme will play forward and reverse but if I check the Hold on Last Layer box it will not reverse at the end of the viseme (**it works perfectly when I drag the blue line in reverse (end of viseme to start of same viseme) in the Timeline.)

Is this just the way it goes or is it not working properly for me?
