Does Character Animator provide REST API?

Hi All,

I have a requirment where I need to create characters and sync my characters with different audio files. I want to do this outside the Character Animator application. Do we have any REST API avaibale using that we can get the character and sync the character with audio, or download the final video to host outside? Please suggest.
