Dynamic link error !!! please help

While I was trying to make a dynamic link between After effects and character animator I had a problem!! (the attached picture)

This was a known issue with Character Animator 3.1 when the other applications had updates back in January 2020:

Be sure to update to the latest versions of both Character Animator (3.2) and other apps.
