"Edit original" not working in 3.0

Question

Anyone else having this problem? It was working fine in the previous version... just updated today.

It started working again today, no idea why... maybe it updated? (I have updating set to auto) I rebooted 3 times yesterday and it made no difference.

It works for me. You might try rebooting or reinstalling AI / Photoshop if nothing else works. Sometimes other programs have jumped in and taken over the .psd and .ai file extensions. Reinstalling Photoshop can make Photoshop the winner for .psd files. Character Animator effectively double clicks on the file, so whatever application is associated with the file extension will win. So trying a double click on a PSD/AI file to see if that works can also help.

The reason to reboot is to make sure all the programs have seen the new installed application and paths etc.
