Elbow Deform

Hey, my elbows for my character's elbows are deforming when I bend them. I have tried expanding the mesh, changing the mesh type to "Legacy", and moving the elbow's position lower as to not interact with my character's sleeve. Can anyone assist in helping me fix this problem? Below are some screenshots.
