Error 3.3.1x6

When I try to open a project from a local drive, I get error 3.3.1x6. "Unable to open project. [project path///repo.noindex/] If it is located on a server, copy it to a local drive and open it from there." Is there a way to recover this project?

 Could you share the path to the project file (.chproj) and the folders under it? Is there a subdirectory with repo.noindex in it? What are the file permissions?

The path is E:\Documents\charanim\Character Animator araya\
The .chproj file is in this directory along with Ch Data and CH Media folders.
repo.noindex is in the Ch Data directory. Permissions for repo.noindex is "Allow" for all attributes.
