Error Code?

I was recording a multiple take scene, and when trying to adjust something in the timeline, Ch closed and forced my computer to reboot. When it came back, I could not load my previous project, and got the following error message.

Is it possible to resurrect the old project? I had several takes already recorded.

Inspiring

It seems to have helped. For some reason, the Ch was routing some files to an synced folder. I took care of that along with disabling the artwork sync (which I think may have been a large part of the issue).
