Error in CH version 22.0x111

I am going too be 100% honest. I was running 3 programs at once. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Character Animator, and World of Warcraft. Both Adobe programs crashed on me while I was importing a puppet into CH. Since the crash, whenever I tried to re-open CH I would get an error telling me to update my gfx driver. Fine. I did. And it didn't help. Can someone please help me figure out how to solve this issue please?

Sorry to hear the problem.

Can you try following steps?

1. Reboot the machine.

2. Do NOT run "World of Warcraft".

3. Try to run Character Animator (CH).

 

Do you still see the problem to run CH?
