Error in Ch version 23.0x52

Internal Error Code :(726879107:4261+46) compiler could not bootstrap. Just one of a few problems I am having. I am trying to use Character Animator in a high school computer lab and all the mechines are giving this error.

First time using adobe character animator and when I open the application and then clicked a puppet that I wanted to use it gives me this error. All puppets when clicked give me the same message
