error message in AME

Question

Hi, when i open after effects or encoder i get this message 5 or 5 times, all goos well
in after effects and during the rendering but i wonder why tis error happens?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you get an error while exporting the Character Animator project in Media Encoder

Which version of Adobe applications are you using?
Have you tested the issue with more than one project?
The error code shows it is an error with Character Animator.exe. The language is a barrier here. Could you help us translate the message?
