Error occurs when saving PSD file over to ChA

I keep getting this error code every time I try to save changes over in Character animator. I tried opening up the puppet in new file but still get this.

Hope someone can help, thanks.

Does this happen with all puppets or just one? Do any one the home screen in the app work if you save a change made with them, like Chad or Chloe?

This is the 1st time it's happened. I haven't tried home screen puppets. All was fine . had puppet almost there, made a few adjustments to photoshop file and then this.

Can you please post or DM me the PSD file, and/or the File > Export > Puppet if it allows you to in CH?
