Error that doesn't allow me to record

Hi all!

I could use someone's help on this one. This error message keeps appearing when I try and record any of my various puppets. I was making a few changes to two of my puppets in illustrator and then when i booted up CA, I can across this error. I am currently using ver 3.3 so idk if updating will help. Please let me know what you think I should do here. CA is basically unusable for me at the moment. Thank you

apparently its an issue w the current verison I'm using. Holding shift while i load the software resets the UI and then I used the history panel to go to the moment before the error.

I would suggest that you start a new thread and also give us more details about what you are doing to create the problem as well as what (if any) error messages you are seeing. Recently, there was a post about circumstances with the Media Exporter that are temporarily by-passed by using "Quick Export."
