I'm creating an app also but with Apache Cordova using html5 canvas.  I'm exporting to PNG + WAV as Jeff mentioned.  Then in Adobe Animate creating a sprite sheet from the PNG files Create a sprite sheet.

Character Animator doesn't have direct support for exporting animations for mobile platforms. We only offer export to PNG+WAV and Dynamic Link to After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder. Although AE has some third-party support for exporting animations to iOS/Android via tools like Squall, Keyframes, or Lottie, I believe they require vector animations.

If you'd like to see a more direct route, please submit a feature request on our Ideas portal: http://www.adobe.com/go/ch_wish

Thanks!
