Exported puppets loose the magnet connection

Hi I’m using Character Animator 2020 3.2 build 65 & 2020 Encoder version 14.0.2 build 69

I have only just started to use magnets it all works fine in the recording, but the in the exported with alpha the objects are no longer connected
