Face background not showing

Hello there, hope you will be doing great. I have an issue with the rigging of a new character. This is a simple potato character having only a head and limbs no torso. When I import the file in the character animator, the face background didn't show there. Please let me know how to fix it, is there any issue with layers or this is something else? Screenshots are given here. I am using adobe illustrator 2020 and adobe character animator 2022.

If you haven't solved this yet...With the screenshots you provided we can't see if there is a layer hidden in the background folder. Open that up and make sure all the layers are visible. That's the only thing I can see where there might be a problem. That's a fun looking character!

So looking at this it must have something to do with that folder labeled "Clip Group". Everything above that appears to be showing. Also, I have learned that CH does not always render <PATH>  especially related to cycle layers so I change those to a name. What's going on in the Clip Group layer?
