Face tracking not working (cam is working)

help! I have Character animator 25.0 and I've tried 3 x different Web cams. My face shows up but the puppet doesn't move. The mouth moves with the audio but no blinking, head moves etc. I've tried the common troubleshooting but nothing is working 😞

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I updated my graphics card driver and that fixed it! Note intel iris xe

What puppet are you using? Have you tried any other puppets?

It's good to know your camera is working. Underneath the camera window is "calibrate" and three icons: the first is for the camera, which should be on or you wouldn't see your image. The second is for body tracking, which is off by default. The last is for the microphone, which sounds like it is also working. Try clicking on "calibrate" to calibrate your camera. What happens?

Below the camera window are the puppet properties. There should be a red dot next to the Eye Gaze and Face properties. If there isn't a dot, click to the left of those properties to toggle it on.

The last thing I can suggest is to expand the Eye Gaze and Face behaviors by clicking on the arrow to the left of the behavior name. Confirm that "Camera Input" is enabled for both properties with a red dot to the left of the label.

Glad to hear you were able to get it working. To be honest, I'm hopeless when it comes to hardware issues.
