Faild to Create a Scene

Hi guys, I am using adobe character animater the latest version and I am facing problem whenever I go to (record), I got these pop up! " Error parsing properties list from file ..."what should I do?

I assume “Record” means to switch “Recored” workspace. If so, did you modify “Record” workspace? Can you switch to other workspace (e.g. “Rig”)?

Can you backup your workspace settings and restore the default to try?
Steps:
1) Make sure CH is not running.
2) Go to preferences folder.
Pref folder for CH 3.3.x is found at:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Character Animator/3.3/
Win: %AppData%\Adobe\Character Animator\3.3\

3) Rename "WorkspacesV12" folder to "zWorkspacesV12".
4) Ran CH.
This step will generate default layout.
If it solves your issue, please zip "zWorkspacesV12" folder and post here.
