Failed to Connect to AME 14.0.1 when Exporting

I'm brand new to Character animator and am making my first project. I tried Export > Video via Adobe Media Encoder and got the following error.

If I try to open Premiere Pro and import the project as I've read you can do, it just hangs on Contacting Dynamic Link Server.

I'm using CH 3.1 and AME 14.0.1

I used the Adobe Cleaner to uninstall everything cloud related and I had installed Filter Forge recently for Photoshop as well. It installed a 4D animator bloatware unbeknownst to me. I uninstalled those two programs as well. Voila... Everything works now.
