First puppet, trying to smooth out the issues

Attached is my first puppet, I am trying to get it smoothed out, but having issues figuring out why some parts aren't connected, and would love to be able to animate the mouth but can't get it to look right.

Don't attach the file to forums. Upload to Google Drive or Dropbox etc, then get a "shared" link and post that here. I think there are size limits and a .puppet file might be too big for the forums...
