First time working with purchased puppet

I purchased a puppet from GraphicMama in the past (a while back), but I had no problems. I dont remember the details though. I would reach out to GraphicMama and ask them for help.

I don't, sorry. I've used the ones included with CH or the ones on Okay Samurai's site when I'm just playing around,(https://okaysamurai.com/puppets/), but the ones I actually work with are custom from designers.

Just out of curiosity, you said all the assets were there, but no puppet. What exactly do you mean?

This would be an issue you'd have to contact GraphicMama about, but can you post a screenshot of all the files that are included?
