freezing and crashing on windows 10 PC

Hello,

I have installed the trial version of Character Animator CC 2018 on my Windows 10 PC and the program becomes unresponsive whenever I click on any part in the application. It will load the sample scenes and play automatically but when I click on any part of the screen it hangs then restores but then hangs again when I click anywhere.

I only have Photoshop also installed

PC Intel Core i7 6850K 24Gb ram

Windows 10 Pro version 1803

nVidia Geforce GTX 970
