Fresco to Character Animator and back again ?

One question, when i draw a character in fresco, made the layers in photoshop and made triggers and behaviours in Character Animator, can i go back to Fresco to change "for example" the eyes or other things and i have still all the behaviours and stuff ? i know its possible with photoshop and illustrator but fresco ? because it is not possible to open the file directly, because CA is on a Mac and Fresco on a tablet ?
