Getting black screen on playback

Hi, I'm just starting Character animator and when I first start it up I get this message

Internal error code: (70845333:1171+20) Behavior defines a UI Tag group which app doesn't understand

and then again when I start up the 'Welcome: Start Here' animation. When I try to play the 'welcome start here' animation I get sound but no visuals, just a black screen. It's the same thing for the record animation and the make you own animation scenes. I can scrub the timeline to get very  spotty animation but I get no sound.

I'm using version beta 5 (x141) on a 2017 5k imac i7, 40Gb ram and a Radeon Pro 580 8192 MB.

Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?  Cheers

This sounds like an old error that has updating to Beta 6 should fix.

Did you try to download or open up any additional puppets or projects? My guess is there's something newer (Beta 6 compatible only) that includes a new feature that Beta 5 can't understand...
