Getting corrupted exports

Hi

I love Character Animator but I ma getting a repeated issue.

At a certain point in editing the file I get an error like:

Invalid Frame Reader Request

Error Code (EventGraphs.js:240)

Everything works fine still in Character Animator but when I export the movie it is corrupted from a certain point and just goes crazy and loops audio.

I have to then chop the project it up and export it in sections.

This islowing me down .

Can anyone suggest how to fix this.

Sorry to hear that. How are you exporting, directly, to Adobe Media Encoder, or as an image sequence? I'm guessing not the latter, but that's worth an option. It's how I export everything so I can easily replace certain sections without having to re-export the entire sequence.

If you're going directly to AME what format are you choosing?

Yes cleared cache. Imported into neww project. Still getting corrupted movie export but OK playback inside Character Animator... weird.

I would try clearing your cache or importing your project into a new one.

1) To clean the cache, alt/opt+click the Refresh icon at the bottom-right of the Scene panel (see attached screenshot)

2) If that doesn't work, create a new project and simply import your .chproj into it. This should rebuild some files that might be corrupted.
