Getting Started video tutorial has no video!

Hi all,

I've just downloaded the Ch trial and watched a couple of You Tube videos, which make it look amazing. I can't wait to start but the interactive Get Started video has only sound, no images.

Has anyone got any ideas why it's not working properly please?

I'm running Win 10 with 8Gb ram and a Nvidia Geforce graphics card (not sure if that makes a difference?)

    The Get Started tutorial is actually an interactive Character Animator project. It's pretty big so it might take a while to load up. If you go to the welcome panel and click it and wait for a few minutes, the way it's supposed to work is it autoplays the timeline after it loads up and you should see a castle and pizza guy riding his motorbike in the scene above. If not can you take a screenshot of what you see and share here please?
