Graphic is missing after rendering

Dear Adobe Team.

I have a problem after endering characters. One of them is missing some parts(please,find image attached). It happened bot with alpha rendering and without. 

Can you,please help me with settings or give some advice how to solve that?

    Are these renderings coming from CH or some other program?
