Hand is stretched when I upload

Any ideas on what I have wrong here? Just started messing around with Charater animator less then a month ago.

Can you attach a screenshot of the right arm layer in rig mode?
I would like to see it in detail.

Perhaps the fixed tags have been added unintentionally.
