Hand Stiffness Parameter

When I drag my puppet's hand, it glides into position and looks wabbly 🙂. A Stiffness Parameter would be very helpful.

One way to do this now is to put a short stick inside the hand. That will cause that part of the hand to not move, reducing wobble.
