HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE BLINK SEQUENE

I HAVE TRIED TO SET AND WATCH THE KEYBOARD TRIGGERS VIDEO. BUT I DO NOT SEE THE BLINK ANIMATION FROM SETTING UP THE DIFFERENT LAYERS OF BLINKS.
