The following video shows my problem. when turning left and right there is a 1 second delay before snapping to the appropriate image set, but not when i turn back to the frontal view. everything works fine with default puppets and ive been playing in settings all day trying to figure out whats wrong. any help would be awesome!

  • The Head Turner behavior's sensitivity parameter is the main one you want to play with - higher sensitivity will turn faster.
  • Also make sure you're double clicking your face in the webcam to set rest pose to make sure it's tracking your face.
  • Also make sure the tags are right - that left profile is actually the character looking looking to the RIGHT and showing the left side/profile of their face.
  • Try Wendigo from the Start panel and see if you get the same results or not.

Does it also happen with Adobe’s sample puppets?  That might indicate if something about your puppet vs CH in general.

I wonder if it is the “Minimum pose duration” property of the “Face” behavior - try changing that, and pose-to-pose movement (And maybe ”Smoothing”)

ive tried adjusting that, pose-to-pose movement, camera sensitivity and more
