Help, before i start getting grey hair aha, riggin' issue.

Hello, 

I come to thee asking for help and assistance, my puppet is having a bit of a melt down. 

I have rigged the eyes to blink, the mouth and its cycle layers work perfectly. 

I just for the life of me, can't get the head and body to play fair.

The head turns rotated and the body does the opposite direction. 
It's a simple puppet, so any help and advice would be great! I truly am at a loss.
