Help! Character animator switched to Starter Mode

Can someone please tell me why my Character Animator switched to "Starter Mode"? I've been using it for a year with the full functionality of "Pro Mode." I don't believe my license has changed (but I'm checking with IT). Can someone please help? Thanks!

There are two places to switch from starter to pro - use one of the two buttons shown here.

At the top of the interface it should say "Starter." If you click that, do you get a menu with the ability to switch to Pro mode?

No, it just gave me the option to start a free trial or to buy pro.

Very long story short, my IT dept couldn’t figure it out either. My
license/sign-in let me use the full CC on other computers, but not on my
laptop. However, other people could sign in on my laptop and use the full
CC.

They uninstalled and reinstalled CC, but it didn’t work. They reassigned
the license allocation. Didn’t work. They completely wiped my entire laptop
and rebuilt it from the OS up. Then reinstalled CC. Didn’t work.
Then they tried one more reinstall of CC. For some reason it worked.
We’re still stumped, but I’m very grateful to have Character Animator back!
