Help! I'm almost done animating my scene and am receiving the enclosed message. Any ideas in how to fix?

Update: i reverted back to a previous version of my project using the History tab. I no longer receive that error message and the artwork and scene seems to load. I can hear the audio but the scene is completely black.

Please help!!!

Glad the History revert helped. Do you see recorded stuff in the timeline still, but it's just black in the scene? Can you post a screenshot of what your timeline + record mode looks like?
