Help with Arm IK... one arm works the other not

I actually had this working at one point. But then, the left arm just stopped responding to the IK behavior. I am literally going insane over this and have wasted most of the day trying to resolve it. I'm about ready to go back and do this entire animation in Flash.

I can share a link to my character if someone is down to try and tell me what I am doing wrong.

Having this same problem. One arm fine, the other like elastic man! Gonna try to redo the problem arm in illustrator now.

Got it working.

I went back into the PSD, duplicated the Right arm group, flipped and renamed it. As an added measure I rasterized all the smart objects. Unsure if this made a difference, I read in another post the problems it might incur.
