How do I add lip movements in Adobe Ch?

I've hit a brick wall. Everything was going fine, but when I computed lip sync with audio, it didn't do a very swell job of syncing the lip movements with the audio. Down below is a picture of the timeline of the lip movements.

As you can see below, when I right click the lip movement timeline, there is no obvious option to add lip movemnts. I can only change them.

If there is an option to add lip movements, can someone enlighten me on it. Sorry if I don't know all the technical terms. That's why I used images.
